The ASEM, which has 14,000 members, has already driven several changes in Mexican public policy.

The “Emprendecalogo” includes the following suggestions:

    • Urge the changes in the terms of payment.

    • Make use of technology to simplify the procedures.

    • Adopt the appropriate tax .

    • Promote the establishment of an “Entrepreneur VISA" to facilitate the international entrepreneurs to start up business in Mexico.

    • Foster high-impact entrepreneurship and support the entrepreneurship of high social and environmental impact.

    • Encourage female entrepreneurship: promote conditions to ensure more women and minority entrepreneurs participants.

    • Ensure the existence of a Government entity that promote entrepreneurship in the country which is required by the Constitution.

    • Ensure entrepreneurs to participate in discussion of public policy of the country.
