  • Dr. Chen Yun, Chinese delegate from the Chinese Academy of Labour and Social Security, shared China's experience in promoting inclusive financing through venture-backed loans, which is effective in upgrading Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In the process of development, China's guaranteed loans for entrepreneurs have carried out a series of reforms such as the expansion of targets, the increase of quotas, the reduction of thresholds, and the adjustment of interest subsidies. Based on Jiangxi Province's achievements in guaranteed loan for entrepreneurs, four elements are essential to promote inclusive financing, for example, publicity, fairness, professionalism and access.
