    The G20 Leaders' Summit put forward: Entrepreneurship is the important motivation to create employment opportunities and promote economic growth. The "2016 G20 Labor Employment Ministers' Meeting" also focused on "innovation and inclusive growth: making employment more adequate, employment capacity more adaptable, and higher quality of employment", pointing out that "entrepreneurship is to promote decent employment and creation." An important engine of strength, innovation and economic growth. Entrepreneurship is also conducive to our commitment to reduce inequality, promote gender equality, increase the labor participation rate of disadvantaged groups, promote the silver economy, and adopt the G20 Entrepreneurship Action Plan. . In the "2016 G20 Labor Employment Ministers' Meeting", it was also proposed that the G20 welcomed China to play a leading role in establishing G20 economies' entrepreneurial research and set up research centers. At the G20 Ministerial Meeting, the name of the research center was determined to be the G20 Entrepreneurship Research Center, and the English is the Entrepreneurship Research Center on G20 Economies. As one of the implementation methods of the G20 Entrepreneurship Action Plan, the Research Center aims to strengthen the exchange of information between G20 members and become a platform for expanding best practice sharing and supporting entrepreneurial action plans.

    Introduction
    The G20 Entrepreneurship Research Center is to promote the implementation of the consensus reached by the Group of G20 leaders at the Hangzhou Summit and the G20 Labor Employment Ministers' Declaration, and to play a leading role in China's G20 Entrepreneurship Action Plan. Commissioned by human resources and social security, and research center jointly led by Tsinghua University to become a member of the G20. The Entrepreneurship Action Plan provides an effective platform for ideas, information and technology support.
    The research center will promote the implementation of the G20 Entrepreneurship Action Plan,and gradually establish a global entrepreneurial research center with academic influence, policy influence and entrepreneurial and employment results with its results. The main research contents include tracking and analyzing the progress of G20 member countries' Entrepreneurship Action Plan, summarizing and sharing the entrepreneurial practices and experiences of countries with reference; G20 as the core of global entrepreneurial comparative research; best entrepreneurial practice and entrepreneurial policy for G20 members from the technological, economic, social, educational, financial and innovative aspects.

  • At present, the recovery of the world economy is still slow and growth is still weak. The economies of the G20 countries have faced severe challenges in changing unemployment and underemployment in the short term. The G20 economies are in desperate need of innovative economic growth models to create new economic growth points and new employment growth channels. The UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals clearly state that member states must implement policies that support entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation.

  • Promoting entrepreneurship and driving employment through entrepreneurship can become new economic growth points and new employment growth channels. Entrepreneurship is an important means to help members solve the above problems.
