The first session "Government policies to support entrepreneurship" was moderated by Mr. Chai Haishan, Deputy Director-General of Department of Employment Promotion, MOHRSS, covering six aspects as "National entrepreneurship policies and action plans", "Innovation in service for MSMEs", "Innovation in tax and financial services", "Entrepreneurship-driven job creation measures"," "Inclusive entrepreneurship opportunities" and "improvement of business environment".
