In its endeavor to strengthen the startup ecosystem in the country, the Indian government has launched the Startup India Hub, a virtual online platform for all stakeholders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India to discover, connect, and engage with each other. The Startup India Hub has the following features:

    • One-stop service. The latest measures and plans of Indian government will be uploaded onto the Startup India Hub. So entrepreneurs can not only learn about the latest information, but also directly apply for the incentives or join the plans on the Hub. They can also keep track of the progress and status of the application.

    • Smart Learning. The Hub provides many kinds of business starting course modules. To ensure easy access, apps are available for cell phones with both Android and iOS systems. And to provide a better user experience, Chatbots are used to automatically collate questions and problems, update information,  respond to queries, and send feedback to related government agencies for timely adjustment on policies.

    • Professional guidance. The Startup India Hub collects  trend analysis, market research reports, human resource management courses and overseas market analysis by various industries and academia to provide entrepreneurs with support throughout the whole business life-cycle: from creation to management and operation and to market expansion.

As a dynamic and interactive platform, the Startup India Hub has received more than 60,000 queries related to entrepreneurship. The Indian Central government plans to integrate incentives available by each state government into the Hub to further promote nationwide entrepreneurship.
