
Professor Gao Jian, the director of the Entrepreneurship Research Center on G20 Economies, had a meeting with Ms. Joanna Bunting, the Counsellor for Industry, Innovation and Science at the Australian Embassy in Beijing and her team on May 7th, 2019. Ms. Joanna Bunting shared some polices and measures of Australian government to support the entrepreneurship and innovation, and introduced the Landing Pad program in Shanghai which provides services for Australian startups who aim to develop their business in China. Professor Gao and Ms. Bunting agreed that there is much potential for future communication and cooperation on establishing the platform for exchange and sharing among policy makers, experts and entrepreneurs from China and Australia to jointly promote entrepreneurship.
