Saudi Arabia signs deal to establish accelerator program to drive innovation with WEF

  • A high-level delegation from Saudi Arabia and leaders from the World Economic Forum (WEF) signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to establish a new accelerator program to help drive innovation in the Kingdom. Under the LoI, KACST(King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology ) will work alongside the WEF to connect experts and knowledge partners from the public and private sectors to develop new promising markets. The move comes as part of efforts to transform Saudi Arabia’s economy by developing non-oil sectors, in line with Vision 2030.
