  • Mr. Liu Kang, Chinese delegate from China Employment Training and Technical Instruction Center, shared the effort of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to conduct entrepreneurship training under the "Ma Lanhua China Entrepreneurship Training Program. " The Program, guided by the government, with the social stakeholders in the implementation, is chosen by the entrepreneurs independently, and trains 700,000 persons per year, accounting for 30% of the total national entrepreneurship training. Since 2007, to adapt to the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the entrepreneurship training curriculum system has been revised and improved, entrepreneurial training standards were issued, and a technology and service platform for entrepreneurial training was established, and a team of more than 50,000 entrepreneurship trainers across the country was well-formed.
