  • Ms. Pang Shi, Chinese delegate from the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, gave a speech on the theme of trends, challenges, and policies of entrepreneurship and employment in the platform economy. With the rapid development of new industries such as sharing economy and the platform economy, the world of work has undergone major changes. As the working forms, contents, and hours have become more and more flexible and independent, it is required that corresponding changes should be undertaken in the regulations and rewards. She suggested that the government should innovate the method of supervision to enhance efficiency, issue corresponding regulations and industry standards for the platform, improve the laws and regulations on non-traditional employment forms, develop labor standards suitable for flexible employees in the new industry, and optimize public services through internet technology.
