Mr. Satyendra Bahadur Singh, Indian delegate from the Ministry of Labor and Employment introduced the specific policies and measures from the Indian government to support entrepreneurship. First, in 2015, India issued the first national strategic framework to promote entrepreneurship, including strengthening entrepreneurship education, building up entrepreneurs’ networks, encouraging entrepreneurial culture, supporting women entrepreneurship, improving the business environment, and fostering social entrepreneurship and mass innovation. Secondly, he introduced India's practices in promoting business development, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, improving infrastructure and employability, acquiring capital and encouraging innovation.
