Mr. Huang Ming, Chinese delegate from Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jilin Province, shared the experience of strengthening the government support in Jilin Province to promote entrepreneurship and drive employment, which includes the following six aspects: (1) encourage entrepreneurship by creating an entrepreneur-friendly atmosphere through entrepreneurial lectures and competitions; (2) strengthen online entrepreneurial training, and enhance the capacity of entrepreneurial trainers; (3) set up entrepreneurship platform , build-up training base, and provide workspace for entrepreneurs; (4) encourage venture capital to support entrepreneurship development; (5) provide guaranteed loans for entrepreneurs; (6)  provide tax and fee incentives for entrepreneurs.
