Ms. Kristin Gilmore, US delegate from the US embassy in Beijing, introduced the practices of Small Business Administration (SBA) to promote entrepreneurship. SBA supports SMEs' development by providing services in financing, business development, government procurement, and legal advice. As to financial services, SBA diversified financing channels for the entrepreneur by signing contracts with private small investment companies and enable them to provide financing access to entrepreneurs.
