Ms. Anne Bruant-Bisson, Counsellor of French Embassy, said that entrepreneurship regulatory environment is part of a global policy to improve France's competitiveness and French government has done a lot in simplifying procedures, protection of entrepreneurs and promoting entrepreneurial spirit.
