The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JEC) has announced the openness of its laboratories and facilities for staff from academia and research institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the public and private sectors. Also, the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) offers access to its non-nuclear facilities to Countries from Horizon Europe program and its nuclear facilities to which from Euratom Research Program, including Ukraine. All measures mentioned above are aimed at improving the suitability of scientist to the Open Access to Research Infrastructures program by providing training and capacity building course at the JRC, in which there will be the opportunities for scientists and technicians to be trained in chemistry, sciences and ICT.
