Amazon has launched Small Business Accelerator program to help European start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SEMs)

  • The Amazon Small Business Accelerator has been launched for free online educational program, which is aimed at helping European start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SEMs)to build their business and start selling both offline and online by providing free skills training, such as business building, cultivate digital skills and online marketing. The purpose of this program adheres to many policy objectives to help start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) achieve digital transition, ensure the availability of investments and create business-friendly environment. Until now 13,0000 entrepreneurs have been trained with relevant digital skills and 70% of them start and expand their business both physical and digitally, while more than 7 million euros and about 70 local partners are connected with online learning content, multi-channel business model and building business resilience, which has been proved that it accelerated the growth of start-ups and small and medium enterprises (SEMs) in the EU and in line with the policy objectives of the 2023  European Year of Skills. Amazon promises to provide free skill training to 29 million people around the world, including its employees, so that people can more easily acquire the skills needed to develop their careers and businesses.
