  • Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy vowed to invest 913.5 billion won ($809.2 million) fostering SMEs through 2030. The plan was introduced during a ceremony celebrating the start of the government’s second World Class project, which is a project that aims to fund SME research and development (R&D) projects, as well as support them entering the global markets. Indonesia The government said it plans to select about 200 SMEs by 2030 and invest some 913.5 billion won in their growth. It is also said it will connect the World Class project with the government's various programs that aim to boost the youth employment market and to create 70,000 jobs through this project, according to Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
