  • Indonesian government has enacted landmark new legislation, called the Omnibus Law, which seeks to strengthen the country's economy by increasing competitiveness, creating jobs and improving the overall ease of doing business, particularly for foreign investors. Effective from March 4, 2021, the new regulation transforms Indonesia's previous negative investment list into a positive investment list.
